Kingdom Swagger!

Luke 2:52...And Jesus grew in wisdom, stature and favor with God and man.

What's swagger? It's your style, your flare, your flavor, your individuality and originality. It's smooth but undeniably you! It's what people see and definitely how you see yourself. It's the taste that's left on the tongues of others once you've left the room. This is how our culture defines swagger. But the kingdom defines swagger as the measure of your influence and impact on the lives of other people.
Jesus grew in wisdom, stature and favor. These are key components for developing your kingdom swag! See, according to I Corinthians 2:15, "No one can touch your swag", because your swag is spiritual and unknown and untouchable by ordinary people. God designed it this way so that the kingdom influence and impact will last way beyond your lifetime. Cultures change along with what's popular and accepted. But what's "spiritual" is eternal!
So kingdom swag? Most definitely! How are you developing your "Kingdom Swag"?

Have you ever heard the phrase "swag is a fad?" Of course not, because I just made it up. How many songs on the radio do hear a day that regurgitate the word swag? A BUNCH! What's funny is that we all recognize all those songs as being just ONE song. Why? Fads are for people that don't have identity, nor recognize their individuality. I like how you interpreted the scripture 1 Corinthians 2:15: "nobody can touch your swag." People need to understand that your born with a personality that God himself created. When you recognize that your swag is innate, you then become the trend setter. Great post!
